Kate Luczko serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Creator Accountability Network (CAN), where she leads the organization’s strategic direction, partnerships, governance, and long-term sustainability efforts.
Kate brings more than 15 years of experience building and growing mission-driven initiatives. Her background spans nonprofit leadership, statewide program development, board governance, and fundraising strategy. She is particularly skilled at launching new programs, strengthening organizational systems, and cultivating partnerships that translate strong ideas into measurable, sustainable impact.
In addition to her executive leadership work, Kate is an entrepreneur and community connector. She is the host of the People, Place, & Purpose podcast, where she highlights business owners and entrepreneurs, is a licensed real estate agent, and teaches yoga. These endeavors reflect her broader commitment to supporting individuals, small businesses, and community growth.
Kate is deeply engaged in civic and nonprofit governance. She serves as Vice Chair and Governance Committee Chair of the Board of Directors for Bellwether Community Credit Union, sits on the Palace Theatre’s Community Advisory Board, and is a member of the NH Champions in Action (Grant) Selection Committee for Citizens.
She holds a Master of Business Administration with a certificate in Leadership of Nonprofit Organizations from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a concentration in Sustainable Business from the University of New Hampshire.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys travel, running, reading, practicing yoga, music, and tending to her indoor and outdoor gardens. She lives in Manchester, New Hampshire.
